all government offices shall be located in one big roof so that the public shall go only to one place to do their government transactions....and eventually go for total computerization of all government transactions

i will move for jury type of justice system-you can not buy all the members of the jury.... and only two-party political system--the best candidate shall emerge from bipartisans..multiparty will elect popular but incapable president


OFWs will be well-supported abroad..government will establish a Pinoy school,market,clinics,community or a little-Philippines in a contry where Pinoys existed....government will look for a job abroad and sponsor the plane ticket-fly-now-pay-later scheme..this system...no more illegal recruitment for our modern day heroes

i will develop a gov't-owned pharmaceutical firm to make medicines affordable to the masses

the public transport shall be run by the government to make fares affordable to the masses

the government shall be the sole buyer of small farmers produce to maintain the buying price
